This Privacy Policy explains how Magnum Opus System Corp. (“SPARS,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.sparsus.com (the “Website”), request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, talk to sales or contact us. It covers the Website only. Use of the SPARS ERP software and the SPARS MCP AI Connector is governed by your customer agreement with us.

When you request a demo, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and company name, and any optional details you choose to share, such as company size, current ERP system, number of warehouses, expected number of users, requirements, implementation timeline and preferred demo date and time.

Newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your email address.

Communications. When you email or call us, we keep a record of the conversation.

Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

To schedule and deliver product demonstrations and respond to your requests.
To send newsletters and product updates you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To follow up about SPARS products and services you have shown interest in.
